- Did you always want to be a model? Tell us about how you were discovered.

To be honest, modeling was never really the dream growing up. As a first-generation American, my parents always instilled in me that education came first, so I never really saw modeling as something I would pursue as a career.

It wasn't until college, when I started taking pictures and experimenting with photography and fashion, that I realized how much I genuinely enjoyed being in front of the camera. After I graduated, I decided to go all in and see where it could take me. I started booking paid work through consistent networking, putting myself out there, and building a strong social media presence.

What started as something I simply enjoyed in college eventually turned into a full-time career, and I'm really grateful I took the chance on myself.

- What are your favorite forms of self care and why?

My favorite forms of self-care are anything that helps me slow down and reset. With modeling, my schedule can be pretty unpredictable, so I really value having quiet time to myself, working out, going for a run, taking a long shower, and having a good skincare routine.

I also love cooking for myself and having a night in when I can. For me, self-care isn't always about doing something extravagant, it's about giving myself time to recharge, take care of my body, and step away from the constant go-go-go of work.

- What other passions do you have aside from modeling?

Outside of modeling, I'm really passionate about fitness, fashion, travel, and content creation. I've recently gotten really into running, which has been a fun way for me to challenge myself physically and mentally. I also love discovering new places, trying new foods, cooking, and finding creative ways to express myself through social media.

I think what I love most is creating, whether that's putting together an outfit, creating content, traveling somewhere new, or pushing myself toward a new goal. Modeling is a big part of that, but I definitely see myself as a creative beyond just being in front of the camera.
